Ordering: Orders go to fulfillment fast. If you need to change or cancel, email hey@peachcrate.com IMMEDIATELY. If it hasn't been packed, we'll fix it. If it has shipped, you'll need to return it after delivery.

Pricing & Taxes: Prices are in USD / CHF as shown at checkout. For orders outside Switzerland, customs, duties and import taxes are NOT included. Your local carrier may charge these on delivery and they are not refundable by us.

Shipping: We ship to all 50 US states, US Territories, and worldwide. We are not responsible for delays with customs or carrier.

If your order is returned because it was refused, unclaimed, or undeliverable (wrong address), we will deduct the shipping cost + any import fees from your refund.

Colors & Materials: We try to show colors accurately, but screens vary. Our products are handmade / small batch, so tiny variations are normal and not defects.

Returns: You have 14 days from delivery to request a return. Items must be unused, in original packaging. Email hey@peachcrate.com with your order number.

Final sale: Sale items over 50% off, bundles, and free gifts are final sale unless defective.

We are Peach Crate, peachcrate.com. We only collect what we need to run your order.

What we collect: Name, address, email, phone, order info, payment confirmation (processed by Shopify / Stripe / PayPal - we don't store your card), and how you use the site (cookies).

How we use it: To process and ship your order, send you tracking, handle returns, and if you opt-in, send you cute emails about new drops. You can unsubscribe anytime.

Sharing: We share only with services that help us run the store: Shopify, payment processors, shipping carriers, customer support.

Cookies: We use cookies to make the site work and to understand what you like. You can turn them off in your browser.

Your rights: You can ask to access, correct, or delete your data. Email hey@peachcrate.com

Our Promise

Every Peach Crate item is checked before it ships. If it arrives damaged, chipped, or broken, tell us within 14 days with a photo at hey@peachcrate.com and we'll replace it free - no need to send the old one back.

What's covered for 6 months:

• Cracks or chips out of the box
• Defects that affect use

What's not covered:

• Damage from dropping / misuse
• Normal wear and staining over time (that's patina)
• Dishwasher damage if item says hand wash only
